Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kxk8 website accessible at kxk8.io and all associated mobile-optimised pages, subdomains, and services.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a bet or wager via the kxk8 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by a Player following successful completion of the registration process.

3.4 KYC Verification

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. kxk8 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice provided via site announcement.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered players only, on their first qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit is one that meets the minimum deposit threshold stated in the offer and is not made using a payment method explicitly excluded from the promotion. Players who have previously held a kxk8 account under any identity are not eligible for welcome bonuses.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed via kxk8 are subject to acceptance by the platform. kxk8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the market is suspended, the event has already commenced, the odds offered were subject to a manifest error, or the cumulative stake exceeds the market's liability threshold. 6.2 Manifest Errors

6.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event for which a bet has been placed is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits kxk8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by kxk8's negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

Termination

13.1 Closure by Player

You may close your kxk8 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus Credits that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

13.2 Closure by kxk8

kxk8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or for any other reason that kxk8 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants account closure. Where closure is due to a breach by the Player, kxk8 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's payment method within 10 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

kxk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
